SCHOOL HOURS

● GRADE I TO XII
Summer Timing: 7:30 AM to 1:10 PM
Winter Timing: 7:50 AM to 1:30 PM

● PLAY GROUP
Summer Timing: 9:10 AM to 1:10 PM
Winter Timing: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM





VISITING HOURS

● OFFICE:
8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on all working days

● PRINCIPAL:
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on all working days

● PTM:
Fourth Saturday of Every Month

NOTE:
(i) Visitors are not allowed to enter the school campus except during visiting hours.
(ii) Entry to classrooms/ Staffrooms is strictly forbidden for all the visitors.

PARENTS – TEACHER MEET

  • Parent-Teacher’s meet would be held on the regular basis after every examination.
  • It is compulsory for the parents to attend P-T Meetings as they get feedbacks from the teachers about their children.
  • Progress cards and test papers would be shown to parents only in P-T Meetings.
  • In case of any complaints/ suggestions, the parents may write it in the space provided in the PTM register.

HOUSE ACTIVITIES

  • The school is divided into four houses, namely BHAGAT SINGH, RANI LAXMI BAI, SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE, and MAHARANA PRATAP with their own flags.
  • The House Master/ Mistress, and their associates are responsible for the working of the house.
  • Students get good opportunities to take part in all kinds of activities held in school.

Besides other Sporadic jobs, the house on duty has to carry out the following duties:

  1. Update the notice board meant for house activities.
  2. Making arrangements for co-curricular activities.
  3. Each house elects its office bearers for the smooth conduct of co-curricular activities and house duties.

LIBRARY

  • The students are expected to observe perfect silence in library.
  • All the students from class VI onwards are allowed to issue one book in a week at a time.
  • Reference Books and Text Books are not issued to the students.
  • In case a book is misused, wrongly handled or lost, the student will replace the book or pay the full price of the book.
  • It is mandatory for all the students to attend the library period.
  • If the issued books are not returned in time, no book will be issued further.
